The Argyle Hotel was built in 1868 and originally used as the local post office and general store.
It became the Commercial Hotel in 1873, and it’s been serving the best beer in the district since then, pop in and enjoy the hospitality.

DRIVE THRU
The Argyle Hotel has an enormous drive thru bottle shop with a great range of local and craft beers, fine wines and a range of longies on ice…..the only shop to do this in the highlands.
Our Drive Thru is open till 11.00pm every night and we offer fortnightly ‘Supercellars’ specials so you’re assured of the best prices across a range of beer, wine and spirits.

Had their $12.00 lunch (Schnitzel,chips, coleslaw and the best Mushroom gravy I have ever had and it was absolutely delicious and my friend had their fish and chips and coleslaw she also loved her meal.

All our rooms are newly renovated in May 2019 and configured for a range of booking types including twin, double and triple rooms.
Each room is fitted with a 40” Smart TV and FREE guest WiFi and free on-site parking.
